Harmonic Slow Flow incorporates the yogic practices of pranayama (breathwork) & asana (postures), with a strong focus on foundational concepts and yoga philosophy. This class is for every body, from beginner yogis to daily practitioners. In our 90 minutes together, we will explore the physical, emotional & spiritual layers of the body; activating and harmonizing it’s energy centers, root to crown. We will cultivate gratitude to life and awareness of the natural elements, which sustain life all around & within us. As you integrate in your final resting pose, you will dissolve into everything as you receive the medicinal frequency of an acoustic savasana serenade.
