Founder / Chief Experience Facilitator
Sacred Tea Arts Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, World Traveler, Subtle Plant Medicine Exploration, Yoga Beyond Asana, Psychedelic Integration guide.
Mike came to explore plants and their affects on the body while studying herbalism in 2013. Around this time he built an interest around the transportation of particular herbs and adaptogens through the mediums of cacao and tea - one summer he had a deep experience with old growth, loose leaf teas facilitated by a tea master that piqued a further curiosity and exploration. In 2018, he traveled to Taiwan to explore loose leaf tea culture and had the opportunity to explore tea from many cultures in SE Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He is passionate about sharing loose leaf tea culture with others, along with it's potential as an effective integration tool. Drinking tea has becoming a daily practice and a way to integrate powerful insights and ways of being since coming off of 28 months of world travel.
Along the way and over the years he found a passion in wellness through his own pursuit for optimal function. Many themes studied and applied including breathwork, bodywork, yogic traditions and practices, kitchen alchemy, exploring plant medicine, mantra, and meditation. He is passionate about sharing traditions and modalities that he has been exposed to along his journey of self discovery. Whether tea or breathwork, yoga or meditation, Mikes sessions are always different, and always relaxed and fun. Your job is simply to show up, enjoy and let the moment unfold~

Cupping Therapist, Traditional Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, Medicine Woman
Natalia is a medicine woman trained and rooted in the ancient mindfulness practices of both Aztec and Mayan traditions passed down to her through generations of elders. She specializes in leading medicine circle with cacao with the intention and focus on a heart centered experience; integrating heart medicine into our everyday aspect of being.
Natalia is also a body worker trained in the tradition of fire cupping. This practice allows the body to release old patterning and relax into a very particular sensation. Cupping promotes circulation and healing for the facia and the muscle tissue, as well as movement of stagnant energy within the body.
She finds incredible importance in bringing laughter, gentleness, and integrity into every one of her offerings.

500hr-RYT Yoga Instructor
I have been teaching yoga, leading 200hr and 300hr YTT (Yoga Teacher Trainings), alongside with continuously studying about the body for the past 7-8 years.
The body is a fascinating machine that is worth spending time on to get to know every cell of it. By knowing it we can understand it and address every ache and pain properly.
I have heard stories about how breath and stretch has saved more lives than anything else during my career as a teacher and student.
I grew a love to help others add to the list of these stories.
My natural craving and hunger for growth, has made me a committed student on and off my mat. My intent is to breathe and live this practice to my fullest potential so I can provide as a teacher with a full cup.
